Akshay Kumar has reacted to the sudden demise of singer KK. “He was part of my career, he was a part of my lots of songs… It was a very shocking thing what happened last night. It’s very sad that we are losing a lot of our singers & it happened at a very young age,” said Akshay in his interview with ANI.
Kapil Sharma posted in Hindi on his Instagram account “We met some time ago, what a beautiful evening it was, I didn’t know that meeting would be the last, Heart is very sad, God bless you at your feet, rest in our hearts you will always be there. Goodbye, brother Om Shanti #KK.”

On Twitter, Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions paid a touching homage to KK. “His voice is carved in the minds and hearts of millions, age after generation… and it will live on,” Dharma’s official Twitter handle wrote beside a throwback photo of KK. “May you rest in peace.” Actor Chiranjeevi Konidela expressed his “heartbreak” at the news of KK’s death on Twitter. “Gone too soon!” he tweeted. A fantastic singer with a lot of soul. For me, he sang ‘Daayi Daayi Daama’ from ‘Indra.’ My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones. May his spirit find eternal rest! #RIPKK.”

After a live performance in the city last night, the singer passed suddenly. Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who is now in Bankura, will pay her tributes to KK at the Calcutta Medical Research Institute shortly.
Emraan Hashmi has paid a heartfelt homage to singer KK, who performed with him in films such as Tum Mile, Jannat 2, The Train, and Gangster. “A voice and skill like no other,” Hashmi wrote on Twitter. After the autopsy, singer KK’s lifeless remains would be transported to Mumbai, according to Abhijeet Bhattacharya of HT. The funeral is most likely to be held in Mumbai. According to news agency ANI, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that “Kolkata Police will pay gun salute to singer KK’s lifeless remains at Kolkata Airport.” On Tuesday night, KK died away.
